| • Carbon graphite |
• Surrell |
| • Boran fiber |
• Earthstone |
| • Corian |
• Pionite |
| • Fountainhead |
• Avonite |
| • Avonite |
• Fiberglass |
| • Karabon |
• Epoxy resin |
| • Gibraltar |
• Fiber board, etc |
These cutters are used for roughing and finishing applications. They are made with a sub micron high cobalt content for extra stiffness and strength. Then we coat them with a high temperature deposition of ceramic titanium which is twice the hardness of carbide.
|
|
| Because of the ceramic titanium coating, this N Series cutting tool machines with variable spindle speeds in excess of 20,000 RPM.
The National chisel edge ground teeth give the fine finish action on these composite abrasive materials.
Available with left hand (down cut) or right hand (up cut) primary cutting flutes. Also available with coarse, medium, and fine cutting teeth. The N Series has no limitations in fab-ricating composite materials.
Standard diameter sizes available:
1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 1"
